The new DeatschWerks C103 PWM Brushless Pump Controller brings pulse-width modulation (PWM) control to the DW810 and the entire DeatschWerks brushless fuel pump lineup. By allowing pump speed to respond to engine fuel demand, the C103 provides more precise fuel delivery while reducing unnecessary fuel circulation, heat buildup, and electrical load.
Fuel Delivery That Responds to Demand
Rather than operating the pump at a fixed speed, the C103 allows compatible engine management systems to adjust pump output as fuel demand changes. During low-demand operation, pump speed can be reduced to minimize unnecessary fuel circulation and electrical consumption. As demand increases, the controller allows the pump to deliver the performance required to support higher fuel flow.
For applications without PWM-capable engine management, the C103 also supports dual-speed operation, providing additional control flexibility without requiring a PWM signal.
Compatible with 8–26V input and voltage boosters, the C103 can be integrated into a wide range of electrical systems. It is available as a standalone controller or paired with a DW brushless fuel pump.

Its compact, fuel-safe construction incorporates four 12AWG wires and supports up to 45 amps. An included DTP-style mating connector provides a clean, secure connection for demanding in-tank fuel system applications.
