The Order Processing Specialist at DeatschWerks works with our B2B customers in their day to day purchasing and customer service needs. Processing purchase orders and working closely with the outside sales team, production team, and shipping team. A facilitator within the company, communicating and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure a smooth order fulfilment process.

Roles and responsibilities

·      Processing customer purchase orders within company ERP system

·      Processing payments

·      Collaboration internally with shipping, production, and sales.

·      Customer service for B2B customers

Experience, Skills, and Education

·      5+ years’ experience in order processing and customer service

·      Experience working within an ERP system

·      Experience working in a manufacturing environment

·      Understanding of inventory systems

·      Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

·      Strong time management, including ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

·      Comfortable with excel and other MS software programs

·      Knowledge and interest of automotive a plus, but not required

·      Some college education a plus, but not required

·      Starting pay range $17-$22 an hour.

·      Flexible 8 hour work days between 7am-6pm. No weekends or evening
